EAST HEMPFIELD TWP. (PA) Three people reportedly injured in a chain reaction crash involving four vehicles on Route 283 in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County.
The crash happened in the eastbound lanes between Salunga and Landisville exits at around 6 pm Thursday evening. At least three people were trapped in their vehicles. All four lanes of the highway were closed for hours.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
