State Foresters are warning the public of a poisonous, invasive plant that’s taking over parts of Pennsylvania. It looks like some other common weeds, but pulling it out with your bare hands can causes rashes and blisters. And if any part of the plant is eaten by people or animals, it can be be fatal.
