JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Crews are responding to a hazmat incident along 1100 block of Old Hanover Road in Jackson Township, York County.
The incident was reported just before 2:30 p.m., between South Lake Road and Hillcrest Road.
According to 911 dispatchers, officials are working to identify and clean up the substance that somehow made its way into the Oil Creek.
It is unknown at this time what the mysterious substance is.
