A Camp Hill business owner is taking a national stand this week in Washington.  Debbie Keys will be at the Captial Wednesday to speak out for the mom and pop shops.  She will be discussing the  Marketplace Fairness Act which closes a decades old sales tax loophole that allows online only retailers to avoid collecting sales taxes.  Keys says it puts small business at a disadvantages when selling items online.  Keys is the owner of Pealers Flowers & Company which has been a family owned business since 1929.  She has been recognized as one of the top 50 business women in the state.
