DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.– State police have confirmed that the coroner has been called to the scene of a motorcycle accident early Monday morning.

The accident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. on Interstate 81 Northbound between the Progress Avenue exit and exit 70 for the Interstate 83 split.

UPDATE: Pennsylvania State Police have identified the victim in a motorcycle crash early Monday morning.

Ronald Raymond Crissey, 55, of Jonestown had a blanket get caught in his rear wheel, and may have been ran over several times by passing trucks.

Investigators say that Crissey was thrown from the motorcycle and landed in the right lane, with crash witnesses telling police that it appeared several trucks ran him and his motorcycle over without stopping.
