CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. —  (UPDATE: June 21) Police identified Ralph Aucker, 66, of Elizabethville as the victim of the motorcycle crash on Interstate 81

Authorities were dispatched to the crash in Hampden Township at mile marker 60 just before 3:45 p.m., PennDOT says.

Police say the crash involved a red motorcycle and commercial vehicle.

Officers say the commercial vehicle left the scene.

Aucker, the driver of the motorcycle, died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The investigation remains active.

The coroner has been called to a crash on Interstate 81 South in Hampden Township, State Police confirm.
