FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa.– A Chambersburg man is facing charges after sexually assaulting a juvenile.
Wayne Webber, 24, is facing rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, and indecent assault charges.
On March 26, State Police at Chambersburg began an investigation into a sexual assault involving a juvenile victim.
On April 1, police interviewed the victim, who said that he and a friend stayed the night at Webber’s residence when the alleged abuse occurred.
The victim said he was in Webber’s bedroom when Webber began watching pornography and masturbating.
Webber allegedly asked the victim to join, and then began to sexually assault the victim.
Later on April 1, police interviewed Webber, and he admitted to sexually assaulting the victim.
Now, he is facing charges.
