MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa.– Fans of the History Channel’s “American Pickers” are getting a treat in York County this weekend. The public has the opportunity to bid on items that the pro “pickers” either passed up or didn’t see when they visited Good Old Boy Country Auctions in Manchester Township.

When the pickers spent time at the site last summer, they bought 55-items, ranging in price from $10.00 to $1,000.00.  Now, the owner says he has much more to sell.

“Back in the Christmastime, I was on that “American Pickers” program, and a lot of the stuff you see here, you know, they didn’t see, it was all packed in the mill. So, that’s why we’re doing this, we need to liquidate, you can see yourself there’s just so much stuff here, this is just the tip of the iceberg,” owner Bob Sholly says.

Good Old Boy Country Auctions plans to sell more than 1,000 items in the auction being held over Memorial Day weekend. Selling resumes at 9:00 Monday morning. Entry is free and it’s open to the public. For more information, click here: http://www.auctionzip.com/Listings/2704966.html
