A family that works out together, stays healthy together!
Mindy Quesenberry and Susie Pickett from MyFitnessQuest will be joined by Susie's son, Griffin, to demonstrate family exercises that everyone can enjoy.
These exercises will be performed at the launch of the Family F.I.T. program at MyFitnessQuest.
During February, there are two demonstrations of the workouts: one geared for those in the age of 7-9 and another for ages 10-12.
