Update: One dead in vehicle into home crash in Brecknock Township

The crash happened around 8:53 p.m. on the 1900 block of Bowmansville Road, dispatch said.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — UPDATE (Nov. 22): The driver of the vehicle that crashed into a single-family home died at the scene, police said.

According to the police report, Jimmy Tcheou failed to negotiate a slight curve which caused him to leave the road before striking the house.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

PREVIOUS: At least one person was injured after a car struck a house in Brecknock Township Friday night, according to emergency dispatch.

The crash happened around 8:53 p.m. on the 1900 block of Bowmansville Road, dispatch said.

According to emergency dispatch, Bowmansville road is closed.

There is no word on the extent of injuries of those involved or how the crash happened.
