Evan hails from Bowie, MD and is a proud Prince Georges County native. He grew up playing sports all his life but fell in love with football at a young age.
Evan is a 2018 Howard University graduate and a 2020 Northwestern Medill school of Journalism graduate with his masters in Sports Media. Evan was fortunate enough to play football at Howard University as a Wide Receiver.
Evan is a passionate story teller who loves all sports. He knew after his playing career was over he wanted to stay in the field and the best way was as a reporter telling stories through the eyes of a former athlete. Evan previously held internships in college at WBFF FOX45 in Baltimore, MD as well as NBC Sports Washington in Bethesda, MD
Evan started out his career as an MMJ in Bowling Green, Kentucky for Spectrum News, but is excited to be telling stories in Pennsylvania. Evan is a member of NABJ and won the NABJ award in 2019 for the best sports feature story. He is an unfortunate and die hard Washington Football Team fan (or whatever they will be called)
When Evan isn't telling sports stories you can find him at the working out, trying new food places, spending time with family, and hanging out with friends.
