Ed Albert joined the FOX43 team in May 2018. Born in Pittsburgh, he moved to south central Pennsylvania in 2015.
Ed's role at FOX43 includes overseeing the 4pm, 5pm, and 10pm newscasts, managing show producers, and working on special projects.
Before coming to FOX43, Ed spend more than 3 years as a newscast producer and digital assignment editor with WHTM. Prior to that, he worked as a newscast producer for KDKA in Pittsburgh, WJAC in Johnstown, Pa., and WPXI in Pittsburgh.
Away from the newsroom, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife Chelsey and dog Charlie, taking his camper on trips across Pennsylvania, and a good local craft beer.
