Penn Township, Perry County - State Police said an 18-year-old Perry County man who was kidnapped, bound with duct tape and left to die, knew his attackers. They all lived in the same house in Duncannon, Perry County.

Early Saturday morning neighbors woke up to police cruisers, officers and U.S. Marshals surrounding 218 School House Road in Penn Township, Perry County.

Neighbors who live nearby didn't want to go on camera, but said they were not surprised.

"What ran through my mind was oops, there they go again. It's not unusual to see the police come visit them," said one neighbor.

State police arrested 38-year-old Mary Lou Greenawalt and 32-year-old Keith Hammaker who live where the teenager who kidnapped on Thursday. With the help of 21-year-old Derek Williams, 22-year-old William Leach and 23-year-old Adam Louden, the teenager was bound with duct tape on his mouth, eyes and legs. After kicking and hitting the teenager, the group drove more than 20 minutes to Pisgah State Road where they dropped off his naked unconscious body.

All five people arrested are in the Perry County Prison facing charges including kidnapping and aggravated assault. They told police they thought the 18-year-old was stealing from them.

As for the teenager, police are not releasing his name, but we do know he was treated at a local hospital for his injuries.
