Senators Hammer Curve 10-5 in Game 1 of Eastern League Playoff Series
The Harrisburg Senators scored five runs in the second and eighth innings Wednesday Night to hammer the Altoona Curve in Game 1 of their Eastern League semifinal playoff series. The Senators gave up three runs in the first but didn't panic. They came right back to take the lead with a five-run second inning.

The win gives the Sens a 1-0 lead in the best-of-five series, and wrests home field advantage away from the Curve. Tom Milone (1-0) started on the mound, and picked up the win in the first playoff victory for the Senators since 2002.
