Houston Police Department has more than 20 people applying for the job of Police Chief. Houston Mayor Annise Parker, has the job of choosing the canadate for the job.
Among those applicants, Mark Whitman, Commissioner of the York City Police Dept. Commissioner Whitman is also retiring from the York City PD.
