WINDSOR, YORK COUNTY -
The owner of Primo Pizza in Windsor and the Fire Department are making sure trick or treaters are safe and seen in town this Halloween.
While there is plenty of candy still being passed out, glow sticks are lighting up the community.
"It lights up so everybody is just like woah, not just candy because is use to it, so it's neat," said Erica Mowery.
Everyone agreed it is also a great way to get the entire community involved.
"It's kind of boring giving out candy sometimes so we thought wed give the kids some glow stick action," said Kyle Dunlap.
Primo Pizza hopes to carry on the tradition again next year.
