SHIPPENSBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY -
Police in Cumberland County seize 66 marijuana plants from a home in Shippensburg.
Roy Mills, Junior, 41, is charged with manufacturing marijuana. Authorities received a tip, got a warrant and searched Mills' home Wednesday morning.
They also seized a pound and a half of marijuana.
