BLAIN, PERRY COUNTY -
A 37-year-old woman faces numerous charges after she allegedly has sex with a 14-year-old boy in Blain.
Police arrested Rachel Scott Friday in connection with the incidents along the 800 block of Center Square Road.
Police say Scott took the boy from the home of his guardian or last known family member to her house.
Scott faces charges of statutory sexual assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse due to the boy being less than 16 and the suspect being at least four years older than the victim. She also faces a charge in connection with having a small amount of marijuana.
Scott is released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled before District Justice Frownfelter on October 20, 2009.
