Police Investigating Fatal Shooting Find 93 Marijuana Plants
SPRING TOWNSHIP, PERRY COUNTY - Police executing a search warrant Tuesday afternoon at the scene of a fatal shooting found a growing room and 93 marijuana plants in the woods around the residence. Homeowner David Caffas was arraigned on charges of Manufacture and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and placed in Perry County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail.

Police were first called to 481 Spring Road Tuesday morning for a reported shooting. They found 46 yar-old Daniel Miller, of Landisburg, dead from a shot to the upper body from a high-powered air rifle. Miller and Caffas apparently had a confrontation that ended with Miller being shot. The investigation into the shooting continues.
