HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY -
Police arrested a Dauphin County man for having inappropriate contact with a girl under the age of 13 in Cumberland County. Pheurrac Sary of Harrisburg reportedly assaulted a girl between September of 2008 through September of this year according to investigators in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County. Sary has been released on bail.
In a completely unrelated case, a Cumberland County man also faces charges of having sex with a 13 year old girl. Jeremy Smeltz, 29, of Mechanicsburg, made contact with the girl on the internet and cell phone, according to police. The girl told police she eventually went to his apartment, where Smeltz had sex with her.
