SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP, DAUPHIN COUNTY—
Julie Eck, 31, of 3924 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg has been charged with one count of Felony Endangering Welfare of Children. The charges stem from the incident which occured this past Septmber at Eck's residence where a 3-month old died in her care. Eck was running an unlicensed daycare business, which had multiple violations against DPW rules and regulations.
