HARRISBURG -
The 2010 Pennsylvania Farm Show kicks off this week, with the traditional butter sculpture unveiled Thursday.
This year's sculpture is of a dairy cow, along with a dairy farmer pouring milk with his family at the dinner table.
It was made by Jim Victor, of Conshohocken, Montgomery County.
"I like working with butter, but it's a challenge also because of the spaces in there. It's so cramped you know and I gotta maneuver, and the sculptures are big."
Victor has been working on the sculpture since Demcember. He says it took 1,000 pounds of butter to create.
The farm show starts Saturday and and runs through Saturday, January 16th.
