The World Vision Experience: AIDS - A Step Into Africa is on display at the West Shore Evangelical Free Church at 1345 Williams Grove Road near Mechanicsburg.

The audio-visual interactive exhibit lets visitors follow four African children whose lives are either infected or impacted by HIV or AIDS.

"Most people can't go, so this is their opportunity to walk through Africa here in Central Pennsylvania," World Vision marketing coordinator Rachel Edwards said.

"I always hear about AIDS in Africa, and now I have that personal touch, I have a story to connect it to," congregation member Mary Lee Shade said.

The traveling 2,500 sq. ft. exhibit will be at the church through next Sunday. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 16 through 21; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 22.
