A Cumberland County elected official is facing 16 felony and misdemeanor charges for sexual misconduct involving teenage boys. What's even more disturbing is where the acts allegedly happened.

West Shore Regional Police say Ronald Frank performed sex acts on the boys, two who were 13 and one who was 14 years old. Frank is a well known man in Cumberland County. In addition to being a Wormleysburg Borough Council Officer and Code Enforcement Officer, he was Fire Commissioner for the West Shore Bureau of Fire. He is also a former school crossing guard for Lemoyne Middle School. That's where police say he met two of his victims.

Police say Frank performed the sex acts on the teens in his Fire Commission office, as well as in his home and in his car.

Frank is in Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail. If he makes bail, he is not allowed to have any unsupervised contact with minors, including his own children.

He will be in court for a preliminary hearing July 8.
