LEBANON, LEBANON COUNTY -
Lebanon police arrested Luis Vargas, 28, of no fixed address on multiple charges, including the rape of a young girl. Vargas reportedly raped a 16-year-old girl back on October 25th along the 100 block of Spring Street in Lebanon, according to police.
Vargas was arrested around 2 p.m. Wednesday after a brief foot chase ensued along the 500 block of North 9th Street.
The 28-year-old is also facing numerous charges of robbery, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass in unrelated incidents.
