CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY - He is a 20-year-old homeless man from Carlisle, Cumberland County with a thirst for education and working hard to make his dreams come true. We first shared T.J Rivera's story when he was fighting to get his high school diploma. His first choice university, the University of Advancing Technology in Arizona, heard his story and is granting him a placement. Rivera grew up in homes with families on drugs and at 17 he decided to pick up and leave to finish his high school education. Now he's working a job trying to raise money to study at the school of his dreams. He says education is the key to success.
