The Hershey Bears advance to the AHL Eastern Finals after beating Albany in overtime 5-4. Matthieu Perrault scored the game-tying and game-winning goals as the Bears sweep the series 4-0. Chris Bourque has a five-point night for the Bears who are trying to win back to back Calder Cup Championships.
Hershey received some reinforcements from the Capitals after they were eliminated from the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Caps sent down defenseman Karl Alzner and John Carlson who both suited up for Game 4 Thursday Night. The Bears are off for the weekend and will be back on the ice for practice on Monday Morning.
