A working smoke alarm alerted the family of the fire. All family members and pets home at the time made it out safely.

The fire has been ruled accidental and started with electrical issues in an upstairs bedroom.

The preliminary damage estimate is between $100,000 and $150,000, Ulrich says.

The home is a complete loss. No one got hurt.
