GETTYSBURG, ADAMS COUNTY - Peace and anti-supremacy protesters outnumber Aryan Nation supremacists on Gettysburg battlefield Saturday. Only a dozen white supremacists showed up to a rally they organized on the historical Adams County battlefield. A coalition of Adams County councils organized a Unity vigil to counteract what they say is the negative hate message brought on by the Aryan Nation. "This is a community that works really hard to have a sense of unity, a sense of peace and a sense of welcome to all people," said peace protester Gail Hull.

The members of the minority group ended up leaving early as anti-supremacy protesters continued their own peaceful march well after the scheduled rally time. Sunday there will be a re-consecration on the battlefield led by members of various Faiths.
