HARRISBURG--—
A Harrisburg man is facing criminal charges after police say he hit and killed bicyclist over the weekend and then fled the scene. Nathan Hayward, 43, surrendered himself to police on Monday morning. Hawyard is accused of crashing his car into Anthony Neals, 41, who was riding his bike home from work along South Cameron Street early on Saturday morning. Hayward is facing several charges including homicide by vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
