MANOR TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY -
The body of a naked woman is discovered in the Susquehanna River in Manor Township, Lancaster County. A man, planning to put his boat in the water, found the body. It was located close to the boat launch off of Donegal Road.
"I looked at it and then went back to get my truck and my boat. I stopped, turned around, and came back at a different angle and that's when I saw the fingers and toes," said the man who discovered the body.
The man quickly called police. Units from Manor Township and the Lancaster City Forensic Team showed up.
Authorities are not releasing any information on the woman.
