UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY -
Upper Allen Police arrest a Steelton man after they say he trespassed into a home with his dog.
Kenneth Thomas, 32, of the 100 block of Harrisburg Street, allegedly broke into a home along the 2200 block of Old Hollow Road early Wednesday afternoon.
Thomas left the home when confronted by the victim and was later found standing in front of a house along the first block of Keefer Way.
Thomas admitted to cops he entered the house, police say,
He is charged with criminal trespass.
