MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY—
A tractor trailer accident along Interstate 83 northbound in Manchester Township leaves traffic at a stand still. It happened around 2 a.m. just past the Emigsville Exit.The vehicle hauled diesel fuel and spilled it all over the roadway when it crashed, according to York County 911 dispatchers.
Crews shut down the road to clean up the spill. Both lanes were not opened until about 4 a.m.
No one got hurt.
