CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY -
Police file charges against a woman who allegedly set fire to her Carlisle Family Housing apartment, along the 200 block of North Pitt Street, during the early morning hours of October 19.
43-year-old Elizabeth Mollack faces charges of recklessly endangering another person, harassment, arson, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and causing or risking a catastrophe.
She also faces separate charges stemming from damage to a neighbor's home the evening before the fire, where she damaged a door and broke several windows, police say.
Police say Mollack set the fire as part of a dispute over a pending eviction from her public housing unit.
Mollack remains in Cumberland County Prison awaiting her arraignment.
