EPHRATA, LANCASTER COUNTY -
Police look for witnesses in an accident that killed one man. The crash happened 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Reading Road and Martin Avenue in Ephrata.
68-year-old Logan Potts, of Akron, drove southbound on North Reading Road when he was struck by a vehicle driven westbound on Martin Avenue by 24-year-old Mattthew Gold, of Denver.
Witnesses report Potts failed to stop for a red traffic light.
Potts was pronounced dead at Ephrata Community Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to call Ephrata Police at 717-738-9200.
