LOWER CHANCEFORD TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY -
A little girl is dead after an accident in Lower Chanceford Township. The coroner pronounced Rachel Stolzfus dead around 10 p.m. Tuesday.
The accident happened around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at a home along the 200 block of Thompson Road.
A hay wagon came loose from the horses pulling it and struck Stolzfus.
The incident is under investigation.
