A Lancaster County teacher accused of secretly videotaping underage girls is facing more charges.32 year-old Matthew Deppen, of Mount Joy was charged with endangering the welvare of a child, indecent assault and other charges.
Deppen used to be a teacher at H.C Burgard Elementary School in Manheim.
Police say he pulled down a girl's bathing suit, and watched the same girl get undressed and in the shower, between 2006 and 2007, when she was 13 and 14.
Deppen was previously charged on Tuesday with secretly taping three underage girls as they were undressing in 2004.
