LANCASTER, PA -
Lancaster City Police have charged an Ephrata woman with invasion of privacy involving a client at Person Directed Support, an agency that cares for immobilized developmentally delayed adults.
Police say that 26 year old Nicole Stewart used her mobile phone to take a nude photograph of a 36 year old female resident. Stewart was working at a Person Directed Support owned group home in Lancaster Township. Stewart, allegedly sent the photo in a text message to a fellow employee. That employee immediately notified his supervsor, who then contact police.
Stewart is charged on Wednesday with two counts of Invasion of Privacy and Possessing Instruments of Crime. She is free on $10,000 unsecured bail pending a preliminary hearing.
