NORTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY -
A police standoff ends with the arrest of a Cumberland County man Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to a call at the home of 51 year old Keith Boyer in North Middleton Township shortly before 11 o'clock.
Boyer was locked in a bathroom armed with shotgun and threatening to kill himself. Although a shot was reportedly fired, Boyer eventually surrendered peacefully to police.
Police also found marijuana growing in his basement. Boyer is in Cumberland County prison being held on various charges.
