LICKDALE, LEBANON COUNTY -
Pennsylvania State Police say a Florida man, 28 year old Richard James Finch, was behind the wheel and drunk when his 1989 GMC Suburban sideswiped one vehicle and hit another headonTuesday morning in along route 443 in Union Township, Lebanon County. Two people were killed in that accident accident and five others including Finch were injured.
State Police say that open beer cans were found in the Suburban. Two people were killed in the accident. 67 year old John D. Kroh, Sr, of Tremont and 70 year old John Franklin Becker, of Pine Grove, State Police say when Finch is released from Hershey Medical Center, he will be charged with 2 counts of Homicide by vehicle while DUI, 2 counts of Homicide by Vehicle and other related charges.
