I see nothing wrong with small games of chance in bars and taverns. A lot of these bars and taverns are struggling from the ban on smoking - they need these small games of chance to survive.

There is a time and place for gambling. The casino only allows 18 and over to play. I feel taverns/bars should allow it only if they are not family orientated establishments.
