It's laughable... He still has 50,000 armed soldiers over there occupying dozens of bases! Combat isn't over; he just ordered it to be diverted to Afghanistan. I'm surprised he didn't have the Resolute desk adorned with a "Mission Accomplished" banner when he redecorated the Oval Office.
