Man injured after building fire, explosion in Lebanon County

A man was injured after a building fire and explosion in Jackson Township on Wednesday morning.

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — A man has been injured after a building fire and explosion on Wednesday morning.

According to emergency dispatch, fire crews responded to the 300 block of King St. in Jackson Township around 7:00 a.m. on Aug. 25.

Police confirmed the fire occurred at Lapp Carriage Shop.

The fire chief on scene said a man was lifelined to Lehigh Valley Burn Center as a result of the flames and explosion.

The incident is under investigation by State Police.
